We do specialise in health recruitment, however we are a Human Resources Consultancy organisation. Our organisation offers the full range of Human Resources services. Our consultants are qualified HR consultants with qualifications in Human Resources (with specialist expertise in Recruitment) and have had extensive experience in Senior Management/HR positions within the health industry (small and large organisations).
Because we are HR specialists and understand that once the new employee is hired, the onboarding and inducting of the new employee is very important to ensure employee attachment in the initial 90 day period as well as ongoing engagement and performance management of the employee, our full recruitment service also incorporates and includes an induction training programme, Employee Attachment Survey and ongoing Employee Engagement/Performance Management programme for 12 months.

- Pick and choose the areas that you need assistance in the recruitment process or this may be a more affordable option for you so you can gain access to a recruitment expert ensuring that you source the right candidate the first time. With this option, you ONLY PAY A PER HOUR FEE for the assistance that you require.
- Flexibility to PAY THE BALANCE OF OUR RECRUITMENT SERVICE FEE OVER A 6 MONTH PERIOD i.e. 6 monthly payments
