Bernadette Beach
(Director)

Bernadette Beach is the Director of Indigo Medical & Indigo Dental Consulting Services and Indigo Medical & Dental Training.

Bernadette Beach has extensive management experience in Administration, Recruitment (internally and externally), Human Resources, Marketing/Business Development and Operations within the medical, dental and legal profession.

Bernadette provides a wealth of experience in the recruitment of staff and human resources best practice for medical and dental practices.

Bernadette holds a Certificate IV in Life Coaching, Certificate IV in Training TAA and is currently studying Diploma of Human Resources and Diploma of Management.

Glenys Stabback
(National Training Manager/Trainer Assessor)

Glenys has had vast experience as a Practice Manager and Personal Assistant in both the Allied Health & Business sectors. Glenys has been involved in the merger of practices, and has an extensive knowledge of administration, management, training, and how to successfully run an efficient and productive practice.

Glenys provides consultative assistance to practices in formulating and documenting Policy and Procedure Manuals.

Glenys Stabback is a fully qualified accredited trainer (Certificate IV TAA40104) & Massage Therapist (Certificate IV HLT40302), and is currently studying a certificate course in TEFL andthe Diploma of VET.

Glenys teaches courses in the Business Services & Health Services Packages, and conducts group workshops for Medical Reception, Medical Terminology & Pracsoft Software.

Sandi Foley
(Practice Management Consultant/Trainer Assessor)

Sandi has over 30 years experience within the medical industry as a Nurse, Medical Secretary, Practice Manager in Specialist practices and Human Resources Manager for a large pharmaceutical company in Australia and NZ, Personnel Consultant as well as a Dental Assistant and Practice Manager in the Dental Industry.

Sandi is a fully qualified accredited Trainer (Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment TAA), Bookkeeper, Advanced Cert in Personnel Management, Dip Anatomy and Physiology and Dip Clinical Hypnotherapy. She has established Medical Specialist and Dental practices as well as working in the Private hospital sector in administration.

In addition, Sandi is a qualified Massage Therapist receiving Dux of the Year award. She has taught Anatomy and Physiology and Clinical Management at private colleges for over 6 years. Sandi brings a wealth of experience, skills/knowledge and passion to our Dental and Medical courses (or services). In 2009 Sandi was nominated for "Australian of the Year" for her dedication to teaching.

Sandi teaches our Dental Assisting , Medical Reception, Medical Terminology, Practice Management and Blue Chip software as well as setting up Medical Specialist practices and recruitment of staff. Sandi also speaks at seminars to professionals on being successful in managing a medical/dental practice.

Carol Bleakley
(Trainer Assessor)

Carol has six years experience in a private Sydney dental practice as a dental assistant in fourhanded dentistry and crown and bridgework. Six years at Westmead Hospital Dental School: as Senior Dental Assistant, a management and staff training role in the department of Clinical Dentistry, Preventive Dentistry - Specialist Clinic in Orthodontics, Paediatric Dentistry, Periodontics, Community Dentistry Health, Oral Surgery and Infection Control. A further ten years as Course Coordinator for Dental Chairside Assisting & Dental Radiography employed by Nursing Education Westmead Hospital .

Carol Bleakley has qualifications in Dental Assisting Certificate (Distinction) and Post Certification qualification in Dental Radiology (Distinction), Oral Health Education and Bachelor of Teaching (Further Education and Training) at USQ.

Carol also has qualifications in Fitness - Certification III & IV, Businesses Development - Certification IV and a Diploma of Business.

Carol teaches our Certificate III and Certificate IV in Dental Assisting as well as our Introduction to Dental Assisting workshop.

Teresa Davine
(Trainer Assessor/Dental Consultant)

Teresa Davine has extensive experience working within the dental industry as a Dental Assistant.

Teresa has qualifications in Certificate III in Dental Assisting as well as Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment. In addition, she has undertaken numerous training programs both in the dental Industry, specialist Infection Control Training and broader Health Training.

Teresa also conducts CPD Infection Control workshops to practices throughout Australia.

Teresa has developed and delivered specific Community Dental Health Prevention Education, delivered and tailored to the needs of at risk groups including Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities, Indigenous Community and Intravenous Drug Users and those on Pharmacotherapy programs such as methadone users.

Teresa teaches our Certificate III in Dental Assisting, Introduction to Dental Assisting as well as Infection Control workshops.
